Licensed in California, Colorado and Oregon
*coming soon to Massachusetts!
Hi.
I'm Kelley, I understand that starting therapy is awkward. I've been there myself. I'm a former Type-A gal who has also struggled with severe anxiety and depression.
Through my own therapeutic work and a neat grad degree, I discovered an approach to therapy that allowed me to offer clients grounding life skills based in brain science.
The work done here is collaborative. I'm looking help you process your narrative in a way that organizes the emotion - so you can function fully.
As of 2020 I have been a virtual only therapist. I've been able to help far more people this way. I am now licensed to practice in 3 states: Oregon, California and Colorado. Soon to be 4 states - I will be adding Massachusetts in the next few months.

Why Are You Licensed in Three States?
During the pandemic I had to reevaluate what my practice might look like going forward. I thought it would be great to be licensed and help folks in states I have lived in and still spend a great deal of time in.
I lived in Colorado twice (once in Denver and once for undergrad in Boulder). My Dad was an football alumni of the Air Force Academy - so we also attended many games over the years.
I grew up in Northern California in
San Carlos and my family is still there.
Portland, Oregon became my home as an adult, where I raised my kids and attended graduate school.
Right now I am working on my license in Massachusetts. It is also a place where I have a great deal of family & friends.
