My Approach
I had an entirely different road map before I was a therapist. I was raised by business executives for parents and expectations to match. While I made a solid attempt, I didn’t like who I was, doing it. There wasn’t room for my kinder side.
After the birth of my first child, I became fascinated with the developing brain. The science of brain connection consumed me. In addition to that, I was able to be kinder and softer as a mom, which opened all kinds of other doors.
My approach is grounded in science and measurable outcomes. It’s softened with compassion, education and humor. I want you to be able to manage your own life in a way that feels authentic and create habits that integrate your mental health into your life.
